## Booking & cancellation policy

- A $150 non-refundable deposit secures the date.
- Deposit is refunded only if the captain cancels the trip.
- Captain reserves the right to cancel due to weather, sea conditions or safety.
- Customer cancellations forfeit the deposit (industry-standard policy).
- Balance plus 20%+ gratuity is paid at the dock on trip day.

- No hard liquor.

## Directions to the dock

From Route 25A in Mount Sinai, take Harbor Beach Road north. Pass the marina guard booth. Take the first left after the stop sign into the Town Marina parking lot. Head to the far east side of the lot, at the loading ramp. The Christina M II ties up at the first dock.

Parking is free for Town of Brookhaven residents with a sticker; metered parking for out-of-towners is $4.00/hr Monday–Thursday ($20.00/day) and $5.00/hr Friday–Sunday and holidays ($25.00/day).
